Parveen Kumar, Director, Alektrify, New Delhi, India, and Rajesh Kanakagiri, Director, JoulePoint signed a Memorandum Of Understanding(MoU) on 27th June 2022, at Shangri-La Eros, New Delhi.
Areas of Collaboration:
1. JoulePoint to execute 1st Charge Point Operators of India city pilot to deploy 4000-5000 chargers at 2000 locations of Central Delhi district as India’s model District resolving CPOs
bottlenecks with Ease of Doing Business.
2. Alektrify would provide the consultation for charger installations at RWAs, Malls, Apartments, Hotels et cetera along with ground support at Model Central Delhi district.
3. JoulePoint would be making and supplying chargers, and would also run the business model of/at EV Charging stations.
Purpose:
The purpose of this MoU is to outline how JoulePoint and Alektrify will work together to maximise the benefits from mutual interests in translating areas of existing ease of doing business practices in E-Mobility, as well as identifying strategic research agendas and collaboration.
